Bolivia statized, gas production , which, fuels the most important industrial district in Brazil, Sao Paulo. Argentina almost isolated Uruguay from a local concflict due the cellullose paste factories, and cut almost half the gas supply to Chile, who needs it to maintain its industrial and energetic consumtion and development. Several goverments are beguining to be conducted for unexperienced but ideollogical strong minded people. USA is building a new wall in America, new walls are emerging in middle east and Europe, is it an unconcious form of politycal autism of the developed world? Will these coutries be free of any consequences of possible critical scenarios in these regions?
